If you ordered your SCT Tuner from MPT then it comes with Free custom tunes.
In order to get the tuner to you as fast as possible, we ship them without the Custom Tunes loaded.
For most vehicles, you are able to use the SCT Preloaded tunes while you wait on your Custom tunes.

Custom Tunes will be Emailed to you. How it Works:
- Gather this Info, you'll need it to fill out the Custom Tune form:
-Vehicle Strategy | How to Read Strategy Link
-SCT Tuner Serial Number | Where to find the Serial Number Link
-Tire Size | (Full specs from tire wall, ie 285 75 R16)
-Tunes of Choice | (See the Guide on tune form for Tune Descriptions)
- Fill out the Custom Tune Form | Custom Tune Form Link

- How long does it take to receive my custom tunes?
Typical turn around time is 2-3 business days. If you are in a hurry, you should consider the Rush My Tunes Upgrade. Find out more info here: RUSH MY TUNES
- How are the tunes sent to me?
Your tunes will be sent in an email with instructions on how to load them onto your SCT Tuner.
- Is the SCT Software compatible with MAC?
The only tuner compatible with MACs is the iTSX, all other tuners and SCT software are not compatible with MACs.
- How do I get the tunes from my email to my computer?
