The Error: Loop Back Failed comes up when using Liveload. There are a few things that will commonly cause this error. I'll list them out and see if any apply to you.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
  • The X2/SF 9415 is Not Plugged In.
  • The X2/SF 9415 is Not on the Main Menu, which for newer firmware is the Program Vehicle Menu.
  • The X2/SF 9415 has a Blank Blue Screen and Needs Repairs.
  • The USB cable or USB Port needs to be swapped, those cables will go bad.
