POSSIBLE CAUSES
- First thing to do is to check the version of Liveload that you are running. Older disks will have out of date versions. To check this, open the software and look at the top bar of the program. It should be Liveload v.1.3.1. If it is anything older, go to our Downloads Page and download the current version.
- The second thing to try is to re-save the files to your computer from your email. If you have spam filters or email scanners, they occasionally corrupt the file as it downloads. Try a second tune if available, or try forwarding the email to another email address and saving it to a different computer.
