All information will be kept confidential and we will not sell, reuse, rent, loan, or disclose any information provided to us during a transaction. Warranty Information: All products sold have a manufacturer’s warranty. MPT will not be held responsible for products in which the manufacturer will not repair or replace under warranty. If the customer chooses, we will help you receive service under the same service charges that we are charged. Return/Refund Policy: MPT will not accept any returns that are sent without a Return Authorization Number. You must call or email and obtain an RA # before sending anything back to us for any reason. Products must be returned to MPT in original packaging, in perfect undamaged condition. For vehicle programmers/tuners, the vehicle must be returned to stock if a program was installed. If a Tuning Device is returned to us that has not been returned to stock, a refund will not be issued, and your tuner will not be sent back without a shipping and handling fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges occurred during return process. Amount Refunded: Returns post marked within 15 days from the date the item was received will be refunded the purchase price minus the cost MPT paid for shipping. Returns post marked between 16 and 30 days from the date the item was received will be refunded the purchase price minus a 25% use and restocking fee. After 30 days, all sales are Final. Custom Tuning charges are Non-Refundable. Custom Tunes: Custom Tunes are Non-Refundable. The tuning process starts when MPT has sent the first Tune File. We put an extreme amount of time and effort into creating each and every custom tune. Each custom tune order includes 6 months of data log reviews and modifications. During these 6 months, MPT will update your tune file for other bolt on modifications with the exception of going from NA to Supercharged or Turbo'd. MPT responds to most all emails on the same day received or shortly after, during the Custom Tuning process you are expected to respond to emails within a reasonable amount of time as well to complete the tuning process. If the rare situation occurs where 6 months has passed and your custom tune is not yet complete, an assessment will be made as to the cause. If it is determined that an extended amount of time was exhausted waiting for the customer to gather requested data logs or other information a tune extension will need to be purchased. If both parties have been working together reasonably then there will be no charge to finish the tune file to expected standards. Vehicle Condition: It is assumed by MPT that all vehicles being programmed are in good working condition and have been reviewed by the customer to ensure that they are capable of handling additional power and performance. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure this is true. Any unforeseen damage that may happen to the vehicle will not be covered or guaranteed by MPT in any way. If anything doesn't feel normal after loading a tune, it is the customers responsibility to immediately return to stock and notify MPT immediately. Customer Safety: MPT will not be held responsible for improper, unsafe, reckless, or careless driving of vehicles after installing any of our products. We do not encourage the breaking of any State or Federal Laws. Custom and Pre-Loaded tunes are assumed by MPT to be for off-road, non-highway use only. Off Road Use: All tunes are designed for off-road/race only use and are Not Legal for Sale in California on Emissions controlled vehicles. |
