From the distinctly integrated Filter-to-Housing design to the state of the art, lightweight injection molded base and top Pro DRY S or Pro 5R filter, Quantum offers dyno-proven performance enhancement, convenience, and value, all with an installation time of a few minutes.
Quantum puts to work an integrated filter-to-housing design by connecting both components with 4 captive screws for a positive surface area seal and fast and simple install. Quantum’s Roto-molded housing spotlights a one of a kind, 5 rib industrial grade appearance for long lasting durability and aFe quality recognition.
Plus, it comes equipped with either their oil-free, 360-degree radial flow air filter with 3-layers of progressive synthetic media, PRO DRY S for short, which provides optimum flow, protection and cleaning convenience or their pre-oiled Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance. These filters are specifically designed for the Quantum Series intake systems with injection molded base and top for lighter weight and rigidity. Quantum uses an integrated filter-to-housing design that attaches both components with four captive screws, making for a positive surface area seal and easy installation. Its durable sealed housing features a unique, five rib, industrial-grade look for aFe quality recognition
Quantum features a dyno tuned, CAD-designed intake tube to achieve optimum air flow and is made from high impact, XLPE material for heat soak resistance and durability while maintaining a perfect fit. This intake system utilizes a flexible silicone intake tube that is reinforced with three layers of nylon material, making it virtually resistant to wear and deterioration. It features two port holes; one for an air temperature adapter and one for a vacuum port fitting utilized from the OE intake.
Quantum intakes are designed with fewer parts for a quick and easy installation. This is a direct fit intake system that utilizes factory mounting points and requires no cutting or modifications. All necessary clamps, couplings, and hardware are included.
