Very Important: This chip requires tunes to be burnt onto it before use. No custom tunes are offered with it. However, you may purchase customs tunes separately.

What is a Chip and why do I need one?
A 6600 Chip is a device that will immediately increase the horse power, torque and fuel economy for your vehicle. You choose the type of tune based on the type of performance you desire. Q: How many tunes can this chip hold? Can it run Ghost Tune and different octanes?

A: The SCT Switch Chip 6600 is compatible with 1987-2004 Ford cars and trucks. it can hold up to 5 tune files.

Q: Link to installation manual is broken or not enabled. So can you please tell me if this will work on a 2014 Mustang with 3.7L V6?

A: This chip will not work with your vehicle. It will work Mustangs pre-2004.

A: We do not offer tunes for this device. You would have to locate a tuning company who works with it.

Q: I purchased three and a tuner to program my Ford ECOBOOST. Other than having the ability to switch tunes on the fly, are there any other benefits with using the chip? Also, will MPT previously tunes work with the chip?

Q: I recently purchased the sct tuner for my f-150 the Wi-Fi one can this switch be used with that??? It’s a 2012 5.0. The tune custom tune I purchased from you guys has my rpms a little too high for me so I was considering purchasing a more everyday drive able tune that’s not so aggressive but want to be able to switch between the two.

A: Since you have a custom MPT tune, just reply to the email where you got that tune and request that change. SCT 6600 fits older 1987-2004 Ford vehicles.
