These Caltrac traction bars for the 2015-2022 Ford F150 and Raptor trucks are widely-used for drag racing applications. Q: Hello. I was interested in buying the traction bars but am wondering why its an extra $50 if I dont have a flip kit. Also if I plan to drop my truck in the future will having the traction bars affect it. Thanks.

A: Non lowered vehicles require additional hardware to make these bars fit properly, that is why you see the extra charge. When you lower the truck you will be able to keep these bars but will need to remove the flip kit.

A: This set of CalTracks bars are set up to work with stock height F150's or lowered F150's with the optional Flip Kit. CalTracks are available for raised F150's, it just takes some additional measurements to make sure you get the correct parts.
