nGauge Screen Calibration / Screen Not Responding

Should you have issues when selecting items on your nGauge, such as touching the screen and another item is selected, look to do a screen calibration.



  • Step 1



    With nGauge powered on and at the main menu, press and hold the screen for 5 seconds.
  • Step 2



    Follow on screen instructions for Screen Recalibration.
  • Step 3



    Press the orange dot for 5 seconds, then release.
  • Step 4



    Continue through 2 more additional dots, holding each for 5 seconds, to complete the screen calibration.

Alternate Method

  • Step 1



    With nGauge powered on and at the main menu, select Diagnostics, Settings, and then, Calibrate Touch.
  • Step 2



    Follow on screen instructions for Screen Recalibration.
  • Step 3



    Press the orange dot for 5 seconds, then release.
  • Step 4



    Continue through 2 more additional dots, holding each for 5 seconds, to complete the screen calibration.

That's it! Your screen should be properly calibrated and work to perfection. Just remember to use your stylus or fingernail instead of your finger itself when selecting items on the nGauge's screen.
