Mustang V6 2011-2014 Rear Section Exhaust ATAK

BORLA® has developed a new exhaust technology that helps its engineers to give unmatched vehicle-specific control over the acoustical note of an exhaust throughout the RPM range, while keeping the power-adding capabilities of BORLA's patented Multicore design at same level.

This technology (U.S. patent #5,248,859) known as ATAK (Acoustically-Tuned Applied Kinetics) produces to utmost available dB (decibel) levels in the BORLA® street-legal line-up. Designed for high performance purists who prefer exhaust notes to their stereos, it targets at increasing the volume however preserving the clarity of sound the same. In addition, it focuses on avoiding the drone and distortion, normally found in louder exhausts. It makes the sound output tuned like graphic equalizer to shape and focus sound waves for finest increased output. Each ATAK system can be developed only with complete study of every vehicle's acoustical properties. Based on the custom-tuned attributes of the internal muffler cores, this technology is distributed on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis that results into the best-expected sound.

Each of the BORLA® exhaust product is handmade in USA by master craftspeople. It is made of first-rate 300-Series austenitic stainless steel, ultra-smooth mandrel bent piping, mirror-polished tips, and a Million-Mile Warranty.
