Improve the performance of your 2015-2022 EcoBoost / PowerBoost F-150 or 2015-2020 Raptor by replacing the small, inefficient stock intercooler to reduce heat and produce more power. This intercooler is a direct fit replacement that features a core over 27% larger core, eliminating the cold side coupler connection, and introducing a condensation drain on under the cold side end tank. The advanced Titan V2 design not only allows for better cooling than the already exceptional 40+ degree Charge Air Temperature (CAC) reduction proven by the CVF Titan. Manufactured from top-grade aluminum, the CVF Titan Intercooler features a TIG-welded bar-and-plate design for maximum durability and fully cast end tanks to ensure maximum flow of air into the unit and out to your turbo - equaling more HP. This intercooler is specifically designed to fit both the 2015-2022 EcoBoost F-150 2.7L and 3.5L as well as 2015-2020 Raptor and 2021-2022 3.5L PowerBoost models. There is no modification required to install the intercooler. Plus, this intercooler is compatible with both the Turbosmart TS-0215-1371 and Turbosmart TS-0225-1001 blow off valves!

Great Upgrade. Highly recommend.

Installed this unit on a 2022 F150 3.5L Ecoboost with AGS system “active grill shutter”. Paired with turbosmart Vee port BOV. Installation was pretty straight forward. Be sure to remove the shroud extension connected to the active AGS box. It’s about 2” in depth and unclips. I left the rest of the AGS in place. You can install if you want but the new intercooler fits with not a mm to spare. There are two Christmas tree clamps connecting stock BOV to stock intercooler. A pain to get to but not impossible. After hoses to stock intercooler are removed install new intercooler with only BOV connected to new intercooler. Install hoses after new intercooler is in place with bracket because the new intercooler takes up every square inch. The intercooler fits very snug and secure. Once everything is installed and tightened up the intercooler doesn’t move at ALL. The AGS system actuates with plenty of room just as before. My setup is now complete with this intercooler. Air temp is way cooler than stock and this intercooler gives you more since of security when towing on hot summer days or making several high boosted pull on the street or track. This CVF Titan V2 intercooler is paired with turbosmart Vee Port BOV, S&B CAI, 4” MBRP catback race exhaust, MPT 91 Daily/Tow and MPT 91 PR-X tunes.
